On our life’s journey we encounter ups and downs again and again. But how can we learn to surf these waves instead of drowning into them?
Usually, our individual way of thinking is an automated process, shaped by what we have learned in life until today. Either we tend to have more negative or positive thoughts. And obviously it’s the positive thoughts we want to focus on, as these are impacting our life in a positive direction.
In this workshop we will explore with playful exercises and easy-to-use tools, how to better understand your inner world and boost yourself to impact your life and studies in a positive way. Also, you can connect with likeminded co-students, who may become friends for life.
